My goal for 2014

My goal for 2014 is to… 
Get skinner, better looking, healthy. 
I have tried to diet so many times and to loose weight, but it never works before I give up! 
So this year, I knew I really wanted to loose weight before Mr. pops “the” question. 
So I started Weight Watchers! 

I’ll Let everyone know.. 
My starting weight is 177. 
My goal weight is 130-135. 

I don’t know how long it will take me to reach my goal weight, but I will work as long and as hard that I need too! 

If any of you have Weight Watcher tips, I would LOVE to hear them!!

  • Good luck! I tried Weight Watchers online. The program is easy to follow, but I was really lazy in tracking my food. I would suggest meetings if you can go to them.

  • I tried it last year and got really lazy with it. I'm starting over!! My goal weight is 145 and I'm starting from 180. Can't wait to follow your journey!

  • Good luck girl! I know Weight Watchers works from seeing the results others have had. I've never tried it myself but I'm definitely trying the healthy lifestyle stuff so in a way we're on the journey together. You can do it!

  • Thanks for stopping by my blog. I've used WW in the past and it helped me to track everything. Have you heard of the Bikini Body Mommy Challenge? You can find her on fb and she has a great exercise program that goes great with the healthy eating!

  • Weight Watchers is the only sane diet I've ever tried… and it works! It took me about a week before the sugar cravings went away and then it wasn't too hard. You can do this! I'm following on GFC to see how you do!
