I love working towards a goal! Just like my weight, I set a weight, and I am slowly working towards it, but now I have another goal to work towards.. It’s working out for 1800 minutes between now and May 31st!
It does not matter what it is! It could be walking, going for a run, workout DVD’s, lifting, ANYTHING! If you have read a lot of my posts you will realize I don’t enjoy working out, but I soon hope to say that I do enjoy working out! So here is to working out for 1800 Minutes!
