I Fell Off the Wagon

For those of you that know me, I started Weight Watchers January 1st of this year!

But recently I fell off the Wagon. I was doing so well for so long. Eating healthy, and love loosing weight! But then I started eating more junk food, and I Gained a couple pounds.. And now I’m just stuck.. I don’t know how to get out of the slump!

 This is so true for me! I feel so much better when I eat healthy! I am not as tired, and I Just feel skinner!! I need to eat better starting now!

  • I dont eat healthy as I should due to how i love sweets. but other than that we grill and bake foods here and eat lots of veggies. No breads.

  • Put motivating messages on the fridge and in the pantry! Don't buy bad stuff. AND MOVE!! I love sweet things, so if I eat one – I just work out more later! Don't give up!

For me, I just try to regroup, plan out my meals and think about how I felt when I first started to try to lose weight.

  • It's hard to eat healthy when fast food is so convenient and I'm such a comfort food eater! Buuuuuut I always feel way better when I eat healthy. I try to balance it, but I think we all struggle!!
